Project Two - Spokane Condo

This was a 30x40 foot custom condo in Spokane, WA on 7th Avenue above Deaconess Hospital on the 8th floor. We gutted the original and built back everything new with steel studs and rigid foam insulation. The finish is called Modern Industrial which is becoming very popular in todays market.

We used many green products such as Silestone countertops, and a array of flooring products to reduce sound transmission between floors. LED lighting was installed throughout, which keeps energy consumption low. This project took five months to complete.

Michael H. Swain, General Contractor

Building in the Tri-County Area for 45 years

Mike Swain and his crew from Eagle Foundation and Construction have been doing all my construction since 1992 – our home, finished in 1993, a complete remodel of the same home, finished in 2009, building a room and installing an Endless Pool under the deck, finished early in 2012, and finally, a complete remodel of our Condo in Spokane, finished in late 2012.
I am an engineer, and am a very particular and demanding client. None of these projects were easy, and I would not consider having any other contractor do the work. That says it all.
